About Bastion

We guard.
You grow.

Bastion exists to stop opportunistic sellers and online actors from feeding on the reputation, demand, and trust our clients have worked to build. Our job is to carry the burden of brand protection so our clients can keep their attention where it belongs: on developing their brand.

OUR PURPOSE / 01Your team should not have to live inside the enforcement process.

You should be able to review clear reports, understand the work completed and its results, make the decisions that require your authority, and know what happens next.

What we take off your desk

Protection should create room to build.

Our clients should not have to spend their days searching for problematic listings, tracing repeat sellers, assembling evidence, navigating complaint systems, or checking whether an issue has returned.

We manage the agreed protection work and report back with a clear record of what we found, what action we took, the outcome to date, and what we recommend next. The goal is simple: less operational noise for the client, without losing visibility or control.

Beyond individual takedowns

We protect the scope, not just the link.

Removing a listing or addressing a domain can be necessary, but it is rarely the whole picture. Bastion’s role is to understand the client’s actual exposure and build the right scope around it. Depending on the engagement and the rights and evidence available, that scope can extend from marketplace listings and repeat sellers to websites, domains, relistings, and coordinated follow-up.

01

Find the exposure

We look for the sellers, listings, websites, and other online activity that may be using a client’s brand without authority or exploiting the trust it has built.

02

Build and run the response

We review the available evidence, prepare the appropriate requests, manage submissions, and follow each matter through the relevant platform or channel.

03

Keep the scope connected

Where the engagement calls for it, we connect repeat sellers, relistings, marketplace activity, and domain-level issues so the client sees one coordinated protection programme rather than isolated tasks.

The exact work is defined for each engagement. Platforms, registrars, hosts, and other third parties make their own decisions; Bastion prepares and manages the process but does not guarantee a particular removal or enforcement outcome.

The person behind Bastion

Mariia Bukhbinder

Lawyer & Co-founder

Mariia is a lawyer with extensive experience in corporate practice and the iGaming industry. Her work has involved both onshore and offshore jurisdictions, giving her a practical view of how rights, business operations, and cross-border processes intersect.

Before co-founding Bastion, Mariia worked with several companies in the brand-protection field, providing a broad range of services across research, enforcement support, case management, and related brand-protection work. She brings that legal and operational experience together at Bastion to build protection around the client’s real needs—not around a single platform or a single type of takedown.
