What do you need from us?
For a Brand Check, your brand name and work email are enough. For removal work, we may also need listing links and proof that you own, or are authorised to act for, the relevant rights.
Can we start with listings we have already found?
Yes. Send the links and we can review them as a focused project. A wider marketplace review is optional.
What happens if listings return?
If repeat checks are part of the agreed work, we can review returned and newly found listings again. When the evidence and marketplace rules allow it, we can also ask for wider action against repeat sellers.
Do you guarantee removals?
No. The marketplace makes the final decision. We prepare and manage the request, follow up, and explain clearly when more evidence is needed or why the marketplace reached a different outcome.
